Currently, I'm completely obsessed with GOLD! These are some fun Gold accessories I have as well as some I'd like to add.

Happy New Year! Just like everyone, I love making New Years Resolutions. Losing weight isn't EVER my goal but being healthy and strong IS! Feeling good from the inside out... Strength to me is having a balance on life, this is where my resolutions come in. This year, I want to gain more BALANCE. This goal has to do with a lot of avenues in my life, but the first one is exercising. I love working out! I feel much better after I do- I take Zumba, CXWork classes and go Running, I incorporate all three in my weekly routine. I try to workout at least 3-4 times a week. I really focus on this schedule because it's important to me. It's the one thing I do for myself that I love and so rewarding after the fact. Having the right workout gear is also important, I've included some of my very favorite pieces above... Don't wear an aerobic shoes running, wear running shoes! The impact on your knees and the rest of your body will benefit and thank you later. While the weather is still cold, I love wearing long sleeve mock shirts under my running vest. This keeps me warm but doesn't make me feel bulky. Hydrate, drink a lot of water... Before, during and after your workouts. I love my Swell water bottle, it's light in weight and super trendy. I hope you have had time to set your New Years Resolutions? If not... this weekend would be the best time to start. Kick this New Year into action and start goal-setting soon! Happy Friday... Enjoy your weekend, and remember BALANCE.
Before Christmas, my parents came into town for our families "Cousins Christmas." Later that weekend, little did my Mom know... she would be part of a cocoa + cookies mini-session photo shoot! Never a dull moment at our house... I couldn't be more excited about these adorable photos of Ellie and my Mom. Cookies baked by Kyra's Bake Shop, shoot styled by Jessica at Modern Moments and the pictures captured by Courtney Jade Photography. Thank you to everyone involved to make this photo shoot a complete success!
