Inspired Hike

While I was in Tennessee at The Inspired Retreat, a group of us Ladies took an adventure and Hiked down rough terrain, with drop offs like no other! Eeeeek- One small move and you would go tumbling down the cliff. None of us had any idea of  where this trail would end and at one point we weren't even sure it would end. I couldn't believe this trail was built into nature the way it was. The trail is part of Evins Mill historical land mark and has been there for many years. Once we got to the bottom, there was the most beautiful water fall! Definitely worth the Hike. We snapped photos and then laughed about our Hike back was ALL up hill... away we went. Mini adventures like this remind me to take risks, step out of your comfort zone and complete challenges. I had a great time and felt honored to be with such amazing ladies. Hope you had a wonderful weekend! Happy Monday-

Inspired Retreat Welcome Dinner

My Tablescape for the Welcome Dinner
Amazing Hand-Lettered Menu by Caitlin Bristow
Lovely Tables Styled by Amber Housley
Dress | Handbag | Sandals

I'm so excited to share with you my very first night at The Inspired Retreat. This evening was a ton of FUN! I wore this Orange Dress to accent the Fall theme that Amber used to decorate the tables. The evening was just beautiful. The location was at this amazing property Evins Mill nestled 45 minutes outside of Nashville. Evins Mill prepared all the food and I think it was some of the best food I've eaten. This is a little sneak peak of what's to come.... Happy Thursday!

Sorry, I haven't posted for a couple days- I have been out of town in Nashville. I'm happy to be home but the last couple of days I've been running around like a crazy lady (welcome home, right?) A week ago, I went to this AMAZING womens retreat called Inspired Retreat hosted by Amber Housley. Evins Mill was where the retreat was being held, nestled in the woods in a town called Smithville which is located right outside of Nashville, Tennessee. I attended the same conference last September and was so looking forward to returning this year. Last year, I was overwhelmed trying to adsorb all the information that was presented. This year, knowing what I knew from the year prior. I was able to enjoy- take notes, make friends and reflect after the conference was over. This Retreat is so much more than learning how to run and operate your business. The speakers are hands on and really some of the most brillant women I know. I am truely blessed to be surrounded by these amazing women and humbled to call them my friends. The best is yet to come... Stayed tuned, I'll share more of this Retreat coming real soon!
