I am thrilled to share with you my latest DIY Project... This amazing Gold Etagere... I have been dying to order one of the Inspired pieces but they where too pricey for what I wanted to use it for? So I stumbled across this Ikea version and came up with a plan to spray it Gold. Eeeek! My sweet Husband ran to Ikea for me and picked it up. When he brought it home and I had already buzzed to Home Depot and picked up this Rust-Oleum Gold paint. I used three (3) cans. I then found this fun Marquee Sign at Michaels Craft Store (now on sale!) When I bought mine it wasn't on sale but I was super excited because I remembered to use a 40% off coupon. Whoo-hoo! I also sprayed the Marquee Sign and placed it on my cute shelf. I thought this was the cutest way to display my Handbags. I couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out. Who knew?...
