Strawberry Jam

We know Summertime is here when it's Strawberry Jam canning time! We have the most amazing Oregon Strawberries and when they are in season everyone around here is eating them... To make them last longer then their small season, our family likes to can them. We love to give them away as gifts and keep some for home.
