Cactus Club

A couple weeks ago, Ellie and I went to Vancouver BC for a girls getaway! I was going through my photos on my computer and I found these cute candid shots. I had to share... We had a wonderful dinner at Cactus Club Cafe- their food is super fresh and flavorful! We had calamari as a appetizer with two dipping sauces... 1)dill tzatziki and 2)chipotle aioli and I had the most amazing salad for dinner. The "Raincoast Greens" an organic greens, chicken breast, avocado, feta, spicy pecans with a lemon-thyme vinaigrette dressing. Ellie and I both got their special drink which was a Strawberry Basil Lemonade. (yum yum) Defiantly glad we tried it! 

Black And White

Ellie found this adorable Checkered Painted wall to compliment her Black and White outfit! Her Peplum Top and Chevron Shorts are from one of my favorite stores called Belle Boutiques. Her cute strappy sandals are her Mama's :) they are Rebecca Minkoff from Nordstrom. Work it Girl- You seriously are too adorable! Our Family is in Palm Springs this weekend- One last get away before the kids start school. I'm sure I'll have a ton of photos next week to share. Pike Place Market

Sleepless in Seattle... Ellie and I had to of course stop by Pike Place Market! The weather was amazing- we loved walking around this fun MarketPlace. My favorite cheese is Beechers Flagship. Located right on Pike Street. It's a sharp-nutty white cheese! Yummo... I don't really eat much cheese because it upsets my stomach (dairy) but seriously this cheese is amazing and is worth it! Some of my favorite finds at Pike Place are the fresh fruits/vegetables as well as the beautiful flowers. We are happy to tootle around... We love you Seattle- Until next time. 

The Flair Exchange

The Flair Exchange is an amazing "Paper Source" company based in Florida. All of their products are unique because they make everything from scratch. They source raw materials & transform them into finished, packaged party goods. They source materials locally... their tissue paper and balloons are also manufactured in the USA too. Years ago she started selling a few pieces to friends and launched an Esty Store in 2010. An explosion occurred and she since has expanded into a full e-commerece website with 50 retailers selling in the US and internationally. Congratulations!! Well deserved... Your products are amazing. I've used them for many of my celebrated occasions and will continue to buy from amazing companies like yours!

I met Carmen, the owner & creative director of The Flair Exchange... last year, in Tennessee at a conference. Carmen and I were roommates- she is one of the sweetest people I know!

I am in love with these adorable Cell Phones cases that Julia from Lemon Stripes designed! She partnered with a store called Minnie and Emma. I call this a yummy fruit salad... :) I love each and everyone! She also designed a cute collection of matching Stationary. Cherry Pineapple Lemonade

Yesterday, was #NationalLemonadeDay! I shared this adorably cute photo of this yummy Cherry Pineapple Lemonade on Instagram. Today I'm sharing the recipe... Yummo! Summer is almost over let's go out with a bang... Have some friends over and make this sweet twist on a classic favorite. Oops! I forgot to add the recipe for the LEMONADE BASE RECIPE: 2 Cups Fresh Squeezed Lemonade | 2 Cups Sugar | 2 Cups Water. Don't forget the Cherries & Pineapple slices for garnish. Working Brick

Ellie was working this amazing "Brick Wall" while we were taking pictures in Vancouver BC. She had me laughing so hard! I loved it so much, I had to share all the crazy photos!

Karameller

Karameller is this Classic Swedish candy store nestled in the heart of Yaletown in downtown Vancouver BC. Ellie and I stopped by this brand new candy store while we where in Canada. We fell in love from the moment we stepped on the cute tiled honeycomb floor. Karameller, translated in Swedish means "hard candy." Each of these sweet treats are purchased and imported from Scandinavia. Louise and her Husband own and operate the store and are thrilled to bring part of their childhood memories to life in Canada. Thanks for sharing it with us...

Sweet Bake Shop

Ellie and I made it to Canada before Sweet Bake Shop closed! My sweet friend Tessa is going onto bigger and better adventures. She has worked extremely hard this past year at her Shop. It has paid off and now she is making plans for the New Year! Congratulations, I'm so happy for you! We love Vancouver BC, it was so fun traveling up there to check out this Bakery. Her baked goods were delishous, but I have to say my favorite part was receiving their aborble macaron boxes and pink gift bags! I mean come on! Too cute... I love the attention to detail. Hope you all enjoyed your weekend as much a we did? Happy Monday 

Brasada General Store

We love Eastern Oregon... Especially Brasada Ranch! Years ago we purchased property at this Ranch. We have been sitting on it waiting for the perfect time to start building. We aren't there just yet, but getting closer. Our family loves going to the Ranch to swim, golf and enjoying all of the other amazing ammenidities. The kids love the Ranch House for Dinner and S'mores by the fire late night. The last time we where in town, I took these photos of Brasada's NEW general store! Isn't this so cute? I love the shopping baskets and candy station! It's so nice that they added this little store because the main town is thirty-minutes away. We love Brasada Ranch... Go visit, you will too. FRI-YAY!
