Ok- I'm about to give you the BEST recipe ever! Pineapple cookies... I know, sounds kinda crazy. These are so delicious you'd better double your batch! My Mom made these for me when I was a child and now my kids enjoy gobbling them up! P.S. I under cook mine, maybe 10 minutes cook time, light golden brown on the top! Enjoy... #NomNom
