Exploring The City

Saturday was an action packed day in San Francisco... We started the day off with a wonderful brunch at the Market Bar in the Ferry Building, we had great company... My sister, her husband and my sweet nephew & niece. Then we headed through the Ferry building and around the whole outside experiencing the fabulous Saturday Market! (In heaven) We continued our afternoon- meeting up with some friends... and had drinks on the waterfront followed with a delicious meal at the Wharf's Boudin Sourdough Bread Company for some Oysters and Clam Chowder! Nomnom... We finished the day with a tour down Lombard Street. I can't tell you how much fun we had! I'm exhausted just thinking about it. Happy Wednesday!

Game Day

What a fun day! A group of us took a bus from Downtown San Francisco to this adorable home in Los Altos Hills for a pre-funk tailgating party hosted by a Duck Alumni who just happend to be a Phi Delta. This gracious couple hosted about 100 people, catered variety Sliders and a full bar! (Ducks, doing it right!) From there we took Uber to the Levi's Stadium to watch the Ducks beat Cal Berkeley 59-41... Go Ducks! The highlight of the day for me was finding my gameday dress... I bought it awhile ago special for this weekend. I got so many compliments wearing it I thought I'd share the website I bought it from. Here ya go~ Gameday Dress

San Francisco

Jason and I had an amazing weekend in San Francisco! We flew down with a bunch of Jason's Fraternity brothers and their wives to go to the University of Oregon Football game on Friday night. We flew out on Thursday and went shopping in Union Square. I'm so excited, I bought the "Super Duper" Karen Walker sunglasses I had been dying to get! Of course, we couldn't resist and had to picked up some Ghirardelli chocolates. We ended up having dinner at this adorable restaurant called Tommaso's. Delicious Itialian... With our tummy's full, we then decided to hit the town and we went out to the Tonga Room! This bar/dance club is in the Fairmont Hotel and has been around since 1945. We laughed, danced and drank fun drinks out of fresh pineapples. We had an action packed first day. Tomorrow, I'll share "Game Day" details.

Fall Colors

SCARF: Nordstrom | VEST: Old Navy | LEGGINGS: Zella | CHAMBRAY SHIRT: JCrew | BOOTS: Louise et Cie HANDBAG: Tory Burch

Happy Fall! Today, it's raining here in Oregon. The leaves are so beautiful on the trees, such bright vibrant colors. I chose to wear my new scarf today because it reminds me of the colors that are outside. This scarf is super soft and easy to wear with different outfits because of all the colors in it.
I paired it with this adorable Cranberry Handbag. Hope you're able to enjoy all the amazing Fall colors too! Have a great weekend...

To her surprise... She got a car! On the morning of her Birthday, our family including Grandma and Grandpa as well as Ellie's best friend we were getting ready to go out for brunch to celebrate and Jason asked Ellie to go out front and water the flowers that are on the front porch~ this is what happened next! She saw the car in the driveway with the big GOLD bow on it. She screamed!! She was super surprised!

Candy Station

I saved the best for last... I absolutely loved Ellie's Candy Station at her "Sweet 16" Birthday Party! I am totally obsessed with the look of candy. I was over the moon excited that this table turned out the way it did. I'm a bit sad, I need a new project to be working on now that Ellie's party has wrapped up. I couldn't have hosted such an amazing party without The Tomkat Studio for all the party decorations. The Sweet Factory for all the Candy. Sweeties by Kim for her chervon print chocolate Oreos. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Ellie was pleasantly surprised, she had the time of her life. Happy Sweet 16 Miss Ellie!

Party Decorations

Still loving all the decorations! The centerpieces were gift bags with pokadot tissue paper and balloons coming out the top. We used black and white gift bags with pink/white, black/white tissue paper. This was paired with striped or zebra pink/white 8x8 squares of scrapbooking paper underneath. We ordered linen napkins in soft pink. Strawberry Lemonade was the drink of the night served in footed stemware with these adorable striped paper straws from The Tomkat Studio. I also crafted this amazing photo booth area with a cute Instagram Frame for the kids to take their photos in... (#elliessweet16) Super FUN!! The kids loved it. Last but not least, I love these huge Balloons with paper tassle streamers all from The Tomkat Studio, these were at the enterance of the party. I love them~ they make a nice statement.. saying WELCOME TO MY PARTY! Tomorrow on the Blog... My Candy Station!
