Layer Bars

My best friend always makes 7 layer bars around Christmas time. It's "her" cookie she makes for my annual Christmas Cookie Exchange. I just love these yummy treats. For some reason I only have them once a year. (probably best!) I had all the ingredients in my pantry and decided to make a batch for my Husbands Poker Party he was hosting. Wow! Did they go fast...
